Enterprise Design Architecture, and Implementation will be performed for a Unified Systems including Messaging, Collaboration and Communications Environment using the Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (including Systems Upgrades + Migration), Office Communications Servers, Rountable, Skype, SharePoint, with MS Desktop Operating Systems, Various Mobile Communication Devices (including and limited to Android, Blackberry, iPad, iPhone, Mac, Windows Phone and Palm) Communicator/LYNC and Live Meeting throughout the company worldwide for 25, 000 and up to 250, 000 global users.

The Project Manager would work directly as Team with the Project Consultant, the Global Manager Project at Globrocks Corporation who is primarily responsible for the Lead / Global Enterprise  Unified Architecture and Infrastructure role.  The Lead / Global Enterprise Architecture Infrastructure for the UNIFIED Microsoft Platform is responsible for the entire Project deliverables throughout the Project Lifecycle.

This Project shall involve the implementation of a Systems Operational Metrics and Measurement System for Systems Operational Information to the Business Environment.

The Global Project Manager will be responsible for managing the Full Project Life Cycle involving Planning (Briefing), Systems Analysis, Architecture/Design, Scope of Work, Practice Change Management Principles & Processes, Testing/Pilot, Development, Procurement, Implementation/Deployment, Training Phase and Post implementation Support Phases of the Project.

• Develop Project Plan, Timelines and Milestones.
• Manage the rollout of Communicator/LYNC, Live Meeting and/or SKYPE throughout the company worldwide.
• Present Business Technology Information and recommendations from a Businessand High-Level Perspective to Business Managers.
• Interface with Business Executives to gather business information that would be mapped into the Project Plan, Architecture, Design and Systems Migration Strategy from the ground up.
• Perform discovery, and map the Ultimate Goal(s), and the Business Technology Side to the Project Deliverables.
• Perform, and Demonstrate "Solid" Expertise in Full Global Project Life Cycle Implementations.
• Will be primarily leading a five skilled and Talented Member Team (There are other teams across the Globe)
• Manage the entire Project Lifecycle using MS Project, or other Proprietary choice of software from a different Vendor.
• Track and Report status and Communicate with Client.
• Coordinate Project Meetings with the Entire Global Teams across all the levels.
• Skilled Managing Highly Complex Projects across Multiple Global Time Zones.
• Heavy Understanding- Security Controls, Social Engineering, Identity Systems Management, Integration and Policies.
• Track progress against milestones and report to the Project Sponsor and Globrocks Manager, Project at specific and required Intervals.
• Work very closely with the Project Manager, Manager Project at Globrocks Corporation, responsible for all the deliverables to ensure that all barriers are removed.

• Demonstrated Experience, Managing Projects in Highly Complex Environmentsinvolving Products from Multiple Vendors.

• Extremely Articulate- Solid Communication Skills.

• Very Dynamic in responding to changing Business Needs, Customer Needs and several Environmental Variables.

• Solid Understanding of the Microsoft Products, and the Trustworthy Computing Initiative.
• Solid Talent - Unified IT Architecture Infrastructure Operational Goals.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, LCS, LYNC, SharePoint and all the Client Sides.
• Good Understanding of Multimedia Systems, Connectivity and 'Fidelity' in such AV Systems.
• Solid Experience Developing Project Plan and Timelines and Milestones.
• Solid Project Management experience with the current and previous versions of Office Communicator/Lynch, Skype, Messaging Servers, Enterprise Client/ Server Collaboration software including Audio, Video, Live meeting and/ or Webex. 
• Solid Understanding of the Low-Level Hardware Systems, Hardware Storage Systems and Sub-Systems.
• Understanding of Compliance Requirements and the Implications, as applicable in SOX, IPv6, HIPAA, CISSP, CISM, SB1386, FCAPS, GLBA and FISMA.

*Educational Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in the Science or related area(s) OR Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Related areas. (Minimum Required)
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)  or Bachelors Of Science Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (with the Courses that are normally taken in ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT in the area; required for a BSc Holder)
• MCSE 2000 and/or later (or an MCP 2000 and up with a combination of Enterprise/ Global Level Experiences)

POSITION: Contract- Candidate would provide an all-inclusive rate - Hourly Rate + Travel Expenses on 1099/ or C2C.
